Regarding expert witness testimony, I have extensive experience with quasi-judicial boards such as the National Energy Board (now Canada Energy Regulator) and Joint Review Panels.  For example, in 2012-13 I was responsible for providing expert witness testimony and being Enbridge’s policy witness on six expert witness panels before the Joint Review Panel for the Northern Gateway Pipelines Project. I provided expert witness testimony before the National Energy Board for the Alliance Pipeline Project and for a number of TransCanada Pipeline Expansion projects in Northern Ontario and Manitoba.  While at Alliance Pipeline, I provided policy and expert witness testimony for several Arbitration Committees pursuant to the National Energy Board Act and before the Alberta Surface Rights Board in the arbitration and resolution of numerous landowner compensation and construction damage settlements.
